Pros and cons of Indoor Interval Cycling+ app for iPhone and iPad

Indoor Interval Cycling+ app good for

I not need personal teacher. I looked app what it speaks. I pedaled warm, flat, heavy, fast, more.. I was sweating and I lost weight fast. But layout needs improvement. Congrats!
Best indoor biking app for sure 5 stars. Not only does this app tell you what cadence to be at but it also tells you which ring to put your chain on. Love my biking workouts. Thank you and hope to have more workouts to pick from in the future.
Best indoors cycling app! If you can add heart rate it will be awesomes!
Great app, I use it all the time. It could be even greater if they can log history of workouts, log heart rate, and calculate power output. Highly recommended.

Some bad moments

First version and no bugs! I rode a few times in rollers with this, and it works well. Start your fav music/podcast, and start this up for a decent workout. Hard to read the directions for each stage from on the bike. The idea of using the rear cogs/gears as a difficulty level is very cool, although I loosely followed the cog indicator. One thing it got me doing that I normally never do is to change cadence and not just difficulty. Well worth it.
Had a great ride the very first time I used it. Easy to understand. Well laid out. Tells you whats next so you can judge how much effort you can afford to use in each interval. No longer need to make a scheduled spin class. I have my class with me.
I like the idea behind this app because it targets cyclists using an indoor trainer rather than spinners. My main issue with it is that if you accidentally hit the wrong button, there is no way to recover your session. You either have to make up the rest of the workout or start all over again. Very frustrating when youre 20 minutes into your 30-minute workout.
Great app. Gives you an excellent workout and the visual for the rear cluster is very helpful. support for yahoo fitness would put it over the top. Then you could se actual cadence and target cadence.
Great app. Does exactly what you want it to...dictate gear, cadence, and time. What would give it 5 stars would be multiple workouts, such as hill, speed, power, etc. However the one workout it has is very good and varied.
The work outs are really great, but the fact that I cant minimize really turns me off from it.
